Welcome Party
Before the big day, we’d love to gather everyone for a relaxed evening to connect, meet new faces, and enjoy the start of the celebrations together.
Friday, 18:00–22:00
Garden of Hostal Palouet, Lleida
We’ll kick off the evening together in the garden with the first round of drinks on us, then everyone is welcome to continue enjoying the hostal’s restaurant and bar as the night unfolds.
As dining options in the area are quite limited, dinner will also be available at the hostal for those who would like to join. Since the restaurant accepts pre-reservations only, we kindly ask guests who wish to have dinner to let us know in their RSVP so we can book it in advance.
Dinner at the hostal will be available at €20 per person, including wine and water throughout dinner.

Accommodation
We’ll be staying in a wonderfully remote spot — quite literally in the middle of nowhere — so we’re coordinating accommodation with everyone directly to make things easy (and to plan transport smoothly. Our group will be spread across the following options:
On-site rooms at the venue (The Masia Les Pletes)

- The venue has a limited number of rooms. We’ll prioritise these for guests flying in and for those helping us with pre-wedding set-up.
Hostal Palouet
Hostal Palouet de la Segarra, Lleida.
- A lovely little hostel just a short drive from the masia. We have reserved the entire place for our guests. Current rates (per room/night) are: Luxury: €56 (single) / €75 (double) Superior: €53 (single) / €70 (double) Standard: €50 (single) / €65 (double)
Airbnb / nearby rentals
- If you’ll be staying in an Airbnb (or another rental) close to the venue, please include the address or a Google Maps link in your RSVP—this will help us coordinate shuttle pick-ups and drop-offs. More details (including shuttle timings and final logistics) will be shared after the RSVP deadline.
¿Necesitáis traslados?
For both the ice-breaking party and the wedding day, we’ll also have transport in place to take guests to and from the events, so everyone can enjoy the weekend with ease.
On Saturday night, return transfers to the accommodations will run on a scheduled bus service.
